Together with its partner CONOSCOPE, CEFE International has been assigned to implement matchmaking events between African and European enterprises. Our main task is to link African entrepreneurs with European counterparts in order to negotiate business cooperation. The management of this will be supported by a computer program.

The events will take place in various large cities in Africa and Europe. We are looking for assistance in these cities.

Tasks: the assistant will have the following tasks:

1.      On-site participant support in the meeting room

2.      final preparation of the meeting room

3.      collection of the short questionnaire at the end of the event

Profile: persons interested in the short assignment should have the following strengths:

a.       excellent language skills English and French

b.      pleasant appearance and presence in contact with the participants

c.       friendly communication

d.      ability to work under stress and with very limited breaks in between

e.      work efficiency.

Location: Bujumbura, Burundi

Event date: 5th October

Working time:

·       preparation approx. 1 hour (4th October), one day for the event itself (planned on 5th of October, 7am-4pm)

Remuneration: US$150
