The World Health Organization (WHO) is looking to recruit candidates for the senior leadership post of WHO Representative.

 

As the designated representative of the Director General and under the guidance of the Regional Director, the WHO Representative (WR) is the senior-most World Health Organization (WHO) staff member at the country level. She/he is responsible for leading, managing, implementing and coordinating WHO’s strategic and operational functions in the country of assignment towards the realization of health outcomes in line with national priorities, regional and global commitments, WHO’s General Programme of Work (GPW) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
