Welcome to a month-long Impactpool initiative curated to shed light on gender parity in the International Public Sector and empower women with career resources and job opportunities. We go one step further by presenting a unique virtual career fair for Senior Women leaders, to engage directly with reps from participating organizations.
Impactpool has curated a career event to support International organizations with their efforts in reaching gender parity recruitment within senior management roles. We invite Senior Women Leaders working in International Organizations around the world, to join us on Wednesday 2nd December, from 11 AM - 4 PM (CET) and explore employer information, join group discussions and chat directly with reps from the attending organizations below:
United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) | Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) | World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) | International Fund For Agricultural Development (IFAD) | The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI).
Read more here and review the criteria to attend, before registering.
As a part of this month's gender parity initiative, Impactpool managed to secure some much-valued time and input from a very interesting and refreshing woman leader from one of the participating organizations.
Meet Marion Dietterich, better known as Amy, an inspiring and grounded professional and the Director of Global Challenges Division at The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). We invited Amy to share some insight into her 20 plus years working in International Organizations, her experiences and views, and some valuable career advice.
"I consider myself a “cross-pollinator” in that I’m naturally inclined to break down silos, encourage a holistic way of seeing and analyzing challenges, and favor cooperation. I see everything and everyone as being connected; almost without realizing it, that sentiment has been central to the way I approach my work."
