A package includes 6 sessions of 45 minutes each, and a 20 minute initial introductory discussion to determine coach-client fit. In addition to the actual coaching sessions, the client is expected to work towards agreed upon goals and assignments between the coaching sessions. The coach is available for brief in-the-moment support between sessions when needs arise (usually via email and limited to brief questions).
You will start to define the overarching goals of the program in the intro session. In each session you will define the goal of the session, check in with assignments (if given during previous session) and summarize learning, goals accomplished and assignments agreed upon.
