About the Organization
Basudeo Kanoria Seva Sansthan is a Non-Profit Trust promoted by Shri Harsh Vardhan Kanoria â Chairman of Group CHEVIOT with a pure philanthropy approach dedicated towards the upliftment of the poor and needy with emphasis on the state of Rajasthan.
The Trust has after research decided to adopt the Tribal block of LASADIYA in Udaipur district with an aim to undertake need based sustainable Integrated Development projects in the area and to integrate the tribal and improve Livelihood of the locals.
Position âProgram Manager/ Associate Program Manager - Livelihoods
Reporting to Program Director
Location â Lasadiya (Salumber) â About 80 Km from Udaipur
About Candidate
-- Post-Graduation in Social Work/ Rural Development/ Agriculture/ Economics or any other related streams
-- 5 to 7 years of experience in similar domain
-- Knowledge of Natural Resource Management and livelihoods activities
-- Exposure of partnership management
Key Responsibilities
-- Identification of challenges and opportunities for better livelihoods for marginalized and small farmers
-- Designing programs with short term and long term objectives in coordination with implementing agencies and key stakeholders
-- Ensure implementation of various interventions in field of natural Resource Management and Livelihoods with the communities
-- Provide technical support to project team of the implementing agency for effective delivery of the program
-- Ensure effective utilization of the grant provided to the implementing agency along with required compliances
-- Analysis of the project intervention and preparation of report and communication material
-- Coordination with CEO and finance team to ensure adherence to reporting and payment schedules
-- Liasoning and coordination with various stakeholders particularly with government administration for delivery of welfare schemes
-- Conduct regular research and assessment of the sector to introduce new and effective activities/ projects for the communities
