About the Organization:

This National Level NGO is an anti-trafficking organisation which works on the empowerment of girls and women with sustainable behaviour change interventions, providing the girls with the right tools to be able to be independent and make correct decisions for themselves and also working towards aftercare and reintegration of the girls and women who have already faced exploitation, violence or trauma of any form through programs that socially, culturally, and economically empower them to contribute to society and their own lives in a positive, independent, and impactful way.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to empower and uplift women and children. In addition to the previously mentioned attributes, competencies, qualifications, and experiences, we are seeking a candidate who will primarily focus on product development through research and documentation. This role will also require technical knowledge and proficiency in specific software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Qualifications:
---Possess a Master's in Social Work (MSW) from reputed colleges or institutions or a relevant degree.

Experience:
---Have 3 to 5 years of practical experience as a social worker, with a strong focus on working closely with women and children.
Stakeholder Management and Networking:
---Demonstrate a strong track record of stakeholder management and networking with government bodies, NGOs, and community organisations.

Team Management:
---Exhibit the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

Training Design and Facilitation:
---Design and facilitate training programs for team members and beneficiaries.

Collaborations and Advocacy:
---Actively participate in collaborations, advocacy efforts, and partnerships that promote the rights and well-being of women and children.

Documentation and Reporting:
---Demonstrate hands-on experience with documentation and report-making.

Technical Knowledge:
---Possess technical knowledge relevant to product development within the social work context.

Software Proficiency:
---Excel in the use of specific software applications (list the relevant software) to support research, documentation, and product development.

Research:
---Engage in research activities to contribute to product development and the advancement of our mission.

Communication Skills:
---Possess excellent communication skills in English.
