Aambra Foundation is a Government of India registered non Profit Organization. It has been actively engaged in empowering women by skill development, knowledge building, social protection and livelihood generation.
The Fundraising Manager will play a crucial role in advancing the mission of Aambra Foundation by developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with donors, overseeing fundraising campaigns, and managing grant applications. This position requires a dynamic and motivated individual with a proven track record in fundraising and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Fundraising Strategies:
Create and implement comprehensive fundraising plans to achieve revenue goals.
Identify and cultivate potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
Utilize various fundraising techniques, including direct mail, online giving, events, and major gifts, to diversify revenue streams.
Cultivate Donor Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors.
Provide excellent stewardship to donors through timely communication, acknowledgment, and updates on the impact of their contributions.
Regularly engage with donors to understand their interests and motivations for giving.
Manage Fundraising Campaigns:
Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, including annual giving, special events, and online campaigns.
Coordinate marketing efforts to promote fundraising activities and engage supporters.
Grant Writing and Reporting:
Research and identify potential grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other sources.
Prepare compelling grant proposals and applications.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to grantors, demonstrating the impact of funds received.
Budget and Financial Oversight:
Develop and manage the fundraising budget, tracking expenses and revenue against targets.
Provide regular reports on fundraising performance and financial status.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the leadership team and other departments to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
Provide guidance and support to staff and volunteers involved in fundraising activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field preferably Nonprofit Management, Business, Marketing, Communications.
Proven track record of successful fundraising efforts, including securing major gifts and grants.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the mission and impact of the organization.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in fundraising software and CRM systems.
Knowledge of the social sector.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Salary: Rs.30,000.00 - Rs.35,000.00 per month
