The Technical Support Officer will work in close collaboration with MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership (MCGL)’s FP Team, including the FP Director, Technical Manager, Program Officer, Technical Advisors, and Sr. Program Coordinator, to provide program support in the areas of family planning and gender with a wide range of potential activities, including supporting MCGL’s postpartum family planning (PPFP) and hormonal intrauterine device (IUD) activities and global learning agenda, as well as evaluation of the integration of gender into efforts to improve client-centered, quality care across RMNCAH. The Technical Support Officer will manage day-to-day planning, development, and execution of projects within MCGL’s FP team, and ensure strong collaboration between headquarters and field teams, as well as partners external to the organization.
The Technical Support Officer will also support the MCGL Senior Management team with overall program management duties assigned by the Senior Portfolio Manager.

The salary range for this role is expected to be: $55,470 - $73,960.

JHU Equivalency Formula: 30 undergraduate degree credits (semester hours) or 18 graduate degree credits may substitute for one year of experience.
