Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the application development team and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and design documents. - Develop, test, and maintain web applications and backend services using ASP.NET Core, C#, MSSQL server, and related technologies to support the system's functionalities. - Integrate and interface the systems with other systems, databases, and external APIs to ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability. - Implement security measures and data protection standards to safeguard sensitive information within the applications. - Conduct thorough testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure a high level of software quality and reliability. - Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including system architecture, design, and user guides, to facilitate system understanding and maintenance. - Keep abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions for the continuous improvement of all systems. - Performs other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Work Experience
At least 4 years of progressive experience as a senior ASP.NET developer or in a similar Analyst/Programmer role, with a strong focus on C#, MSSQL Server, Transact-SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required . University degree from an accredited educational institution in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required . Proven experience in developing and maintaining web applications using .NET core, ASP. NET,MVC, Web API, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries is desirable . Familiarity with healthcare information systems and standards, such as HL7andFHIR, is desirable. Experience with Microsoft Azure services and infrastructure, including but not limited to Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Storage is desirable . Knowledge of database management systems, particularly MSSQL Server, and the ability to design and optimize database schemas and queries is desirable Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and propose effective technical solutions is desirable Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders is desirable .
