Are you ready to transform data into actionable insights for meaningful change? Compassion UK is looking for a Senior Analyst who is:

 

  • Analytical & Tech-Savvy: Skilled in advanced data analysis and confident with SQL, Power BI, and Google Analytics. Knowledge of KNIME, R, or Python is a plus.
  • Strategic Thinker: Able to lead projects, develop decision-making tools, and provide valuable insights to guide our strategy.
  • Collaborative & Impact-Driven: Motivated to support our mission of releasing children from poverty in Jesus’ name.

Location, hours and benefits

  • Office-based in Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 2UT

*Hybrid working is offered as a benefit. You may work up to 60% of your hours from home and the office is closed on Fridays. However, we reserve the right to vary those arrangements in future.

Full-time, 35 hours per week

Assessment Tasks

As part of our recruitment process, assessment tasks are required. Should you progress beyond the shortlisting stage, we will ask you to complete a data task for the panel to assess. Based on the outcome, you may then advance to the interview stage.
