Job Overview/Summary:TheSeniorProtectionCaseManagementOfficerwillberesponsibleforreviewingprotectioncasesincludingEPAcases alignedwiththeEPASOP,coordinatingwiththefinancedepartmentforfinancialprocessesanddocumentation,the supplychainforprocurementofPWDassistivedevices,theMEALdepartmentfortheEPAdatabase,andother departmentsbasedontheprojectactivitiesunderthesupervisionoftheProtectionCaseManagementSpecialist. She/hewillcloselyworkwiththeProtectionCaseManagementSpecialistforimplementingEPAandCaseManagement activitiesand willreceive technical supportfrom PCMS.

ManagementofCases
- ReviewofEPAcasessubmittedbyProtectionOfficers(EPA)fromfieldofficesanddiscusswithProtectionCase Management Specialistona day-to-daybasis.
- ProvideinformationtoProtectionOfficers(EPA)whethersubmittedcasesareeligibleornotforfurther processingforcase response.
- CloselyworkwithEPAOfficersforEPAcasesubmissioninComcare,casediscussions,provideguidanceforcase assessments, and developaction plansforcaseresponse.
- Support Protection Officers(EPA) from fieldofficesforgettingapproval frombudget holders andFinance.
- OrganizeregularmeetingswithEPAofficersandproducemeetingnotesandsharestoprotectionmanagers, coordinators, and protection casemanagementspecialists.
- Ensure appropriatemonitoring, review, and follow-upof cases, including complete and updated documentation. ▪Closely work withMEAL colleagues for the casemanagement including EPAdatabase and conductPDM.
- Conductotherduties as assigned bythesupervisor.
Data management and reporting
- ManagetheCasemanagementincludingEPAdatabase,supportingdocuments,PR/PCR,andotherrelated documents,andstoreandupdatethemintheboxbyensuringtheconfidentialityofthebeneficiaries’ information.
- CombinethemonthlyEPAtrackerfromallprojectlocationsundereachgrantandshareitwiththeProtection CaseManagement Specialist.
- ParticipateinmonthlyEPA,interim,andannualgrantreportingwiththeguidanceofaProtectionCase Management Specialist.
- Support the implementation ofM&Etoolsand conduct aPDM satisfaction surveyforEPA activity.
Local-level coordination andrepresentation
- CoordinatewithProtectionManagersforsmoothlydeliveringEPA assistance.
- Coordinatewith Financeand Supply Chain departments for financialand procurementprocesses asnecessary.

Minimum Qualifications:
What should you have?
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Law, Human Rights, Socialwork, Counseling,Psychologyoranotherrelatedfield.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional
experience in social work or working responsibly with vulnerable populations.
Familiarity with case management for persons with mental health issues, disabilities, security concerns and/or serious and ongoing medical conditions is required.
Demonstrated Skillsand Competencies:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, respect, non-discrimination and safetyof beneficiariesat alltimes. Goodcommunication skills.
- Excellent interpersonaland problem-solvingskills, creativity and flexibility.
- Ability to workautonomously, take initiative and responsiblyescalate issues. Strong team spirit,comfortable in amulti-culturalenvironment.
- Flexibility inworkingovertimewhen needed and ability tohandle pressurewell. Goodcomputer skills(Microsoft Word andExcel).
LanguageSkills:
- Ability to communicate and writeclearly in English isrequired.
Myanmar nationals with relevant skills sets and proven experience of working at international level are strongly encouraged.
