Student Assistant - Digital Project Management*
in Bonn
The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with an initial contract duration of one year. There are good prospects for an extension. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany. You will work 20 hours/week, to enable you to continue your qualification within the framework of your current studies. Mobile work within Germany is possible in agreement with your team. 100% mobile work is not possible. The position is remunerated with 14 Euro per hour.

Your responsibilities
As a Student Assistant, you will:

Together with the team, work on the organization and execution of national & international software projects.

Become a valued team member, assisting in daily project tasks across various roles.

Drive communication & transparency by managing updates on digital platforms, creating information pages, and collecting organizational feedback.

Assist in the planning & execution of workshops and events while serving as a key contact for colleagues and service providers.

Act as a point of contact for employees & teams, providing guidance, answering questions, and easing concerns about digital transformation.

Work across all hierarchical levels, collaborating with colleagues in Germany and abroad.

Bring your ideas to life by contributing innovative solutions to drive Welthungerhilfe’s digital future.

you are an enrolled student, and it is not important what you study. What is important is what we make out of it together.

you have a strong interest in project management, software solutions, and digitalization.

You are familiar with agile working methods such as Scrum, Kanban, or Design Thinking.

You have excellent MS Office skills and basic knowledge of Office 365 tools like SharePoint, Teams, or Yammer.

You Enjoy explaining digital tools and can communicate technical topics in a simple, engaging way.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, staying calm and precise under pressure.

A creativity and a "let's do it" mentality distinguishes you.

You Are fluent in German and English—French is a plus!
