UNICEF Jakarta is looking for PSFR Specialist (Head of Supporter Marketing) who will bring specialist expertise and skills to the development, management and implementation of a sophisticated supporter marketing approach to fundraising and will be responsible for leading the team to manage ongoing supporter journeys. The role will have responsibility for digital fundraising channels and approaches, content, product development and the ongoing audience-focused retention, value max, and donor care journeys. Duration of contract is for 2 (two) years.

Under the guidance of Chief of Private Sector Fundraising & Partnerships, this role will bring specialist expertise and skills to the development, management and implementation of a sophisticated supporter marketing approach to fundraising and will be responsible for leading the team to manage ongoing supporter journeys. The role will have responsibility for digital fundraising channels and approaches, content, product development and the ongoing audience-focused retention, value max, and donor care journeys. Duration of contract is for 2 (two) years.
How can you make a difference?
The PSFR Specialist will be responsible for the following key end results:
1. Private sector income is optimized in support of Country Programme objectives: analysis and evaluation of individual fundraising opportunities are undertaken to fulfil maximum revenue potential from existing donors.
2. Private sector fundraising is driven by an agreed Audience-focused Fundraising and Resource Mobilization Plan: development and implementation of a marketing approach to audience-focused fundraising, including the creation and execution of supporter engagement funnel. Leadership of digital fundraising, product development, content, retention, supporter care and value max activities for identified priority audience segments.
Key accountabilities:
• Under guidance of the supervisor focus on creating, developing and managing the donor engagement funnel to ensure audience-focused acquisition, retention and development of existing supporter segments is effectively delivered
• Lead the development and refinement of audience segments based on insights gained through effective engagement with donors such as surveys, focus groups and quantitative data gathering
• Ensure that an omni-channel approach is taken, with the most effective combination of communication channels being used for each audience segment
• Lead the development and implementation of audience segment-specific products, services and engagement methods, including corresponding content.
• Supervise the implementation of segment-specific donor retention and value maximization plans on a day-to-day basis, in a timely and efficient manner. This includes continuous monitoring and devising ways to improve performance of overall donor experience and journey for both pledge and also cash donors
• Supervise the Donor Care team lead to ensure Donor Care KPIs are met, and plans successfully delivered as part of integrated supporter journeys
• Contribute to planning, monitoring and reporting of Individual Fundraising programme and its submission to supervisor, Chief of Private Sector Fundraising or PFP Regional Support Centre or PFP Geneva.
• Develop and maintain joint planning approaches with Communications Section, including effective planning and delivery of ‘top-of-the-funnel’ engagement of audiences
• Coordinate collaboration with cross-functional teams within UNICEF Indonesia including communications, programmes, field offices and Operations for smooth delivery of organizational expectations related to donor journeys
• Ensure a collaborative relationship with both internal and external stakeholders and partners
• Under guidance of supervisor contribute to selection and independent management of all external partners as needed for retention of individual donors.
• While major decisions are made by the supervisor, the s/m will work under minimum supervision and be given flexibility in seizing opportunities for developing effective fund and other resource mobilization.

Minimum requirements:
- Education: An advanced degree* and relevant professional qualifications or additional years of equivalent background in Marketing, Business Administration, management or Communications or any other related subject.
- Work Experience: At least five years of professional experience in the relevant field or in business development and management with particular focus on marketing/ fundraising /communication activities.
- Experience in the management of marketing and/or fundraising activities among private sector organizations/companies/individuals, through marketing techniques and current knowledge of market research methods.
- Experience in budgeting and financial skills.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
(*A first level university degree (Bachelor's) in any relevant field (as identified above), in conjunction with seven (7) years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced university degree.
Desirables:
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
- Relevant experience in managing and leading a diverse team.
- Relevant experience working for an international organization with colleagues in Regional/Global teams.
