We support Microsoft 365, WebEx, Power Platform, and AI tools like Copilot, Google Gemini, and Grammarly, while engineering, deploying, and supporting Windows Endpoints. Duties and accountabilities:
Role Purpose:
As a Power Platform Engineer, you will contribute to the modernization of enterprise applications and support the growth of our citizen development community. You will build and maintain solutions across Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Power Pages, and work alongside senior engineers on integrations with Azure App Service (C#/.NET). You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and team members to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Solution Development: Build and maintain Power Platform solutions and support Azure-based integrations.
• Citizen Development Support: Guide citizen developers and apply platform guardrails and best practices.
• Integration & Customization: Develop custom connectors and integrate with C#/.NET, REST APIs, and enterprise systems.
• ALM & DevOps: Support source control, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.
• Governance & Documentation: Help enforce DLP policies and contribute to team documentation and training materials.
Selection Criteria
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (for example, in the IT field: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1 year of related work experience).
• Low-Code & AI Mindset: Ability to evaluate when to use low-code, AI-enabled automation, or custom-code approaches to solve business problems effectively.
• Automation & Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience building complex automated workflows and system integrations across Power Platform and Azure.
• Stakeholder Communication: Translate business requirements into technical solutions clearly and concisely.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working across multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Deliver reliable, well-tested solutions with minimal rework.
• Growth Orientation: Proactively builds skills, pursues certifications, and stays current with Power Platform updates.
