HR Admin Assistant

Kilis | Ankara

· Responsible for Kilis office and guest houses’ maintenance and utility payments

· Provides translation services as needed. (Turkish-English)

· Responsible for the administration of office supplies, stationary and guest house supplies

· Responsible of ID cards preparation

· Responsible of keeping and maintaining administrative filing

· Supervises the cleaners

· Makes timely performance evaluation of the supervised staff

· Makes all administrative information available to the staff (posting, meeting room bookings)

· Act as a focal point for coordinating trainings and meetings in Kilis office

· Act as a focal point for guests; communicate regarding accommodation in Guest Houses and hotel

· Responsible for distributing phone credit for all staff on a monthly basis

· HR documentation, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed

· Any other activities or responsibilities as required by the supervisor


Essential requirements

· Fluent in English

· Proficient computer skills (MS office, Microsoft Windows)

· Turkish nationality

Desirable Requirements

· Working experience in administration position or similar positions

· Experience working in NGOs
