Data Analyst and Design Consultant – the Business Case of Women’s Economic Empowerment in the Coffee Industry

CARE PNG is looking for a consultant/s to develop an analytical design with clear data collection protocols for CARE PNG to document the relative importance of explanatory variables with regard to coffee quality and productivity, with the specific goal of quantifying the contribution of women’s economic empowerment. The analytical design must be developed to cater for a large multivariate data set, and will be used to develop a business case of women’s economic empowerment.
The consultant/s should have a background in advanced statistical techniques, and experience developing analytical designs and undertaking statistical analyses for publication. The estimated duration of the consultancy is 12 days across the period January to February 2016.
