Head of Operations Support in MSF Japan


(Three year fixed-term employement contract with MSF Japan.)

To oversee the delivery of MSF Japan's projects and initiatives related to direct operational support. The Head of Operations Support facilitates interactions between the projects, and staff based in MSF Japan and the rest of the MSF Movement and ensures cross MSF entities objectives are achieved and that MSF Japan supports operations as effectively as possible. The Head of Operations Support act as a main adviser to the General Director on strategic decisions related to the above. The creation of this position is specifically linked to the recent set-up of R&D and Supply pilot projects hosted and developed in MSF Japan. Given the nature of these projects and the likelihood they will develop and change rapidly the position scope may evolve significantly even during the planned duration.
