Your task
This position involves supervising the manufacture of prostheses and orthoses, providing technical and clinical support to national personnel working in P&O projects, providing support in the management of physical rehabilitation activities, setting up new P&O centres.
Selection requirements
- Ideal age: 25 to 45
- Prepared to accept unaccompanied postings "(i.e. no spouse, partner, children or dependents) for the first two missions (minimum 12 months each)
- Excellent command of English; French an asset
- Recognized training as an orthotist-prosthetist (ISPO Cat.1 or equivalent)
- At least three years' professional experience in the manufacture of prostheses and orthoses
- Humanitarian field experience an asset
- Driving licence (for manual transmission vehicles)
