HR and Admin Intern

We are looking for a highly qualified candidate that has the skills to support the HR and Admin department.
Who are we
The Danish Refugee Council has worked in Lebanon since September 2004, and the programs have followed the country’s needs and progress. The main focus of today’s efforts in Lebanon is to help the hundreds of thousands of Syrian refugees, who have fled across the border to find protection from the conflict in their homeland. DRC is simultaneously maintaining the efforts toward the vulnerable groups of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon. More than 200.000 Syrian refugees have received assitance from the Danish Refugee Council since the beginning of the crisis.

About the job
The overall aim of that internship is to support the HR department in their administrative work whilst the candidate selected would gain experience in that department.
Duties
• Filestaff timesheets
• Assist in preparing payment requests to be submitted to the finance departement
• Ensure that all staff personnel documents are filed as per the Checklist
• Assist in collecting documents related to insurance
• Any other task relevant to the work of the department
About you
To be successful in this role you must have Undergraduate or fresh gradutate degree, familiarity with HR work, good knowledge in Excel and abillity to fit well within the team
Ideally you will also have previous experience with NGO
We offer
An interesting internship in one of the world’s best NGOs. DRC will offer the successful applicant a one month contract, renewable dependent on both funding and performance. You must be available to start work from August 2016 and be willing and able to work in Beirut.
