UNICEF Kyrgyz Republic seeks consultant to develop a resource mobilization and partnership strategy for new country programme for 2018-2022

Purpose of the Assignment: to develop a resource mobilization and partnership strategy for new country programme for 2018-2022

Assignment Tasks: To draft a new resources mobilization and partnership strategy, to expand partnership with AUCA including finalization of the MOU and other partners, to map potential partners on the identified resource mobilization strategy and elaborate areas for cooperation.

Expected Deliverables: a resources mobilization and partnership strategy, MOU with AUCA, Mapping of identified partners and proposed action plan.

Qualifications of Successful Candidate:

-Work experience in corporate fundraisings, marketing, building partnership, particularly in the context of Central Asia;

-A proved experience in drafting strategic documents in the area of partnership or reacted field (please submit an example);

-Proven knowledge of Russian nd English.

Education: Advanced Degree in marketing, communication, partnership development, international relation.
