NORCAP seeks new Administration Coordinator - Expert Deployment/ NORCAP

Main responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Section and Admin Team Leader  with the implementation of internal meetings, seminars and trainings for the department and its associated projects

  • Contribute to collaboration within the Roster Management Section and with other sections and departments in NRC to ensure joint goal achievement

  • Participate in relevant working groups

  • Responsible for the daily administrative operations of the department

  • Standardise and ensure the quality of administrative procedures regarding within the department

  • Responsible for training and sharing information about administrative and ICT routines in the department

  • Support the production of statistics as required

  • Register incoming EDN surge requests for personnel Perform other duties in the department as appropriate



  • Relevant university degree

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant  experience, ideally with HR and/or administration

  • Professional knowledge of administration

  • Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities

  • Experience from working in complex and dynamic contexts

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian

  • Advanced knowledge of standard ICT office support tools and systems

  • Flexible and able to cope with changing demands
