Job description

Provide support in the overall implementation of Education in Emergencies as required;
Follow up Education in Emergencies activities at provincial and district level according to standards;
Data collection and record of all information related to learners, teachers, attendance, exam marks etc.;
Data entry and keeping the database of Education in Emergencies beneficiaries’ updated;
Assist in data collection, assessment, analysis and record keeping;
Assist in organizing and supporting EiE teachers’ training facilitation;
Assist in community mobilization and awareness;
Preparation of administrative and logistic documents;
Individual follow up and interviews with learners and graduates;
Organization and facilitation of focus group discussion with learners and community elders;
Provide on the field support to of Education in Emergencies;
Any other task as assigned by Education Officer/Education PM.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 years’ working experience with humanitarian program in the fields of Education, Education in Emergencies;
Knowledge of Pashto and Dari and English Languages;
Certification/ Diploma in Education, Business Administration, Community Development, Social sciences or other related field; University Degree is an asset;
Excellent computer skills;
Proficiency on Excel;
