Job description

Adhere to NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines
Assist with the implementation of the support function portfolio according to plan of action
Prepare and develop status reports as required by management
Ensure proper filing of documents
Promote and share ideas for improvement of the support function
Provide support in the overall implementation of ALP
Provide support to the implementation of Hygiene Promotion trainings
PDM of SIP supplies
Community mobilization and awareness
Preparation of administrative and logistic documents
Individual follow up and interviews with learners and graduates.
Providing field support to the SIP and ALP activities
Monitor EiE teachers provided to government schools
Prepare Weekly/monthly report
Distributing supplies to target beneficiaries and prepare proper documents
Provide technical advices when needed
Any other task as assigned by line Manager

Qualifications

Bachelor or Certification/ Diploma in Education (14 grade), literature or other closely related field
Minimum of 1 years’ working experience with humanitarian program in the fields of Accelerated Learning Program and Education overall
Experience from working as a Project Officer in a humanitarian/recovery context
Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
Knowledge of English and computer is an asset
