INTRODUCTION

Since 1954, UNICEF Malaysia Country Office (MCO) has worked with the Government and the people of Malaysia and has helped to transform the lives of children across the nation. UNICEF started Private Sector Fundraising activities in 2008 (to fund work in Malaysia, the ASEAN region and globally), and already has over 90,000 individual donors making regular donations. To create further growth UNICEF Malaysia Country Office started an in-house face to face fundraising operation in early 2016. The in-house team has now grown to an operation of 25-30 fundraisers regularly acquiring 1000+ new pledge donors per month, however the team is now at capacity until we recruit a new manager.  Therefore in order to grow and meet the planned fundraising objective, the PFP Section is looking for an experienced face-to-face fundraising manager to support the team leading and staff development role on contract to build a successful face to face team Malaysia.
