Finance Specialist, Brussels Liaison Office, Division for Communications and Strategic Partnerships (DCS), P-3

Position Summary:

Finance Specialist position is located in the Brussels Liaison Office, Division for Communications and Strategic Partnerships (DCS). The position works under the supervision of the Director, Liaison Office in Brussels, and in close collaboration with the Chief of the Finance Branch and other Finance Staff. 

Requirements and Qualifications:

Qualifications and Experience 

Education: 

Advanced university degree required in Business Administration or Economics, preferably with specialization in finance or accounting.

Knowledge and Experience:

●       5 years relevant work experience at national and international levels in financial management, economics, knowledge of international development financing, policies and institutions, international politics.

●       Incumbent should have strong organizational ability with demonstrated sound interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Languages:

●       Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Working knowledge of French strongly preferred. Knowledge of another UN official language an asset.
