Purpose of the Assignment

To provide the technical expertise to develop a web-based application that easily presents the key information used by schools to address bullying comprehensively.

Assignment Tasks

• Work closely with UNICEF GAO and its partners on the detailed expectations of the web application;
• Work closely with UNICEF GAO and its partners on information and content to be consolidated;
• Utilize his or her technical knowledge to develop an appropriate mobile phone application that can be easily downloaded across Saudi Arabia.

Expected Deliverables

• A functioning mobile application that can be updated as needed by the Ministry and its partners of the national bullying prevention programme.
• The content for the mobile application will be completely derived from existing manuals and information that is currently in-use within the school environment.

Qualifications of Successful Candidate

• Experience in developing mobile phone applications, ideally applications used for public service
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic
