Job description

Responsible to prepare lunch for staff and visitors according to the schedule.
To maintain the kitchen properly
To have a proper record of the kitchen supplies
To maintain a lunch menu for staff
To procure food items from market
Distribution of office supplies among different departments in the office
Responsible for distribution of tea to staff rooms in the morning
Responsible to arrange the meeting room for official meetings
Responsible to check for the office supplies tea, sugar etc) and report to Admin Department.
To conduct any other task assigned by the supervisor
To maintain good and nice decorated rooms /Offices
To maintain rooms cleaned and arranged
Checking whether all the equipment are regularly & nicely washed and cleaned
To have good relation and cooperation with the other colleagues
Check the AC, Fans, heaters in the morning and maintain the check.
Switch ON and OFF all lights of the building on time.
Looking after the garden/Lawn of the office.
To dispose trash from office
Must obey and work according to the time and schedule given by his supervisor.
Performs any other duty given to him by his supervisor

Qualifications

Completion of secondary or high school;
At least 03 years of experience working as Cook/Cleaner in a humanitarian context
Good command over local languages/English preferred
Knowledge of NGO working environment
Knowledge about support section.
Basic English knowledge.
Good understanding of security protocols and procedures related to driving.
