Job description

Provide support in the overall implementation of Vocational Training as needed
Follow up and support Child Care workers
Data collection and record of all information related to learners, teachers, vocational trainings, attendance, exam marks etc. in YEP
Data entry and data base keeping
PDM of Vocational training supplies
Organize and support training facilitation
Community mobilization and awareness
Preparation of administrative and logistic documents
Individual follow up and interviews with learners and graduates
Responsible for distribution of materials, site preparation, communication and coordination with beneficiaries
Assists line manager in identifying eligible beneficiaries for the program
Supervises and monitors cash for trainings and facilitates other education initiatives in the field
Organization and facilitation of focus group discussion with learners and community
Provide on the field support to Vocational Training
Any other task as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

University degree/ Diploma within Education / Management/ Development or other related field
Minimum 3 years of experience from the similar position in a humanitarian/recovery context
Experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
Technical Education Expertise
Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Excellent computer skills
Proficiency on Excel and Access
Strong analysis skills (qualitative and qualitative)
Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity
Good understanding of complex emergencies and crisis contexts
Flexible and creative
Strong organizational and logistical skills
