Consultant for Digital Assistant

We’re now looking for a diligent and motivated new staff member to join our team. Under the supervision of the Digital Officer, the proposed Digital Assistant assists in web materials production for A/B testing tasks, testing new functions and providing feedback to the agency, and collecting data for optimization analysis. 

Key responsibilities

  • Updating developed digital materials based on established templates for landing page, eDMs.

    • Monthly develop 5-8 digital materials according to plan with confirmed timeline.
    • Check and ensure correct tracking codes in all digital materials.
  • Support in digital campaign by passing the raw materials and comments to agency and remind agency in accordance with approved specifications by agreed timeline.

    • Daily, collect data of digital campaign performance and share with all team members
    • Collect materials and requirements for digital agency to proceed the tasks as plan
  • Assist in web function developments including implementing, testing and reporting.

    • Daily communicate with agencies to monitor progress of function development projects’ implementation.
    • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing of all tasks, and feedback to agency for further optimization.
    • Daily update performance of the project execution with supervisor.
  • Utilize standard testing platform to conduct A/B testing of digital marketing campaigns, follow supervisor’s direction.

    • Support supervisor to collect A/B testing data for results analysis
    • Monthly update A/B testing tasks implementation report.
  • Conduct digital analysis and report as directed by Supervisor.

    • Provide digital analysis according to requirement and agreed timeline.
  • Perform other administrative activities in support of digital campaigns

Qualifications

  • 2 years of relevant work experience in a related field such as digital design and production or digital project management, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant area.
  • Proven technical knowledge and competency in web development standard and design software such as: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Dreamweaver, video editing tool, Photoshop.
  • Native Mandarin Chinese skills, reading and writing.  Good command of spoken English and working knowledge of written English.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications;
  • Good initiative and attitude,
  • Ability to work in teams and independently; strong customer service attitude.
