Consultant for Child Online Safety Campaign Creative Director

10 weeks (1 November 2017 – 20 December 2017)

UNICEF works in 190 countries and territories to protect the rights of every child. Key responsibilities

  • To prepare a detailed electronic creative online and offline campaign concept in Chinese, detailing type of assets and key audiences to be reached. This will include a written analysis that outlines the creative concept, key audiences to be reached, the avenues and assets that will be developed and how it will be executed, with a minimum of 3 pages.
  • Execution and oversight of the communication campaign providing oversight of copywriting, development of key visuals, video productions and other digital communication assets to ensure final deliverables to be defined by the creative concept and reach a wide audience.
  • To develop a well-produced creative campaign that meets the desired targets.

Qualifications

▪ Experience in creating and directing at least 3 successful creative campaigns with digital assets.

▪ A minimum of 10 years’ experience in advertising and the creative industry in China.

▪ Experience and knowledge of brand strategies in China.

▪ Experience and knowledge of UNICEF brand an advantage.

▪ Advanced degree in advertising, marketing, art or communication desirable.

▪ Fluency in Mandarin and English.

▪ Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with potential partners in Chinese.

▪ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
