Job description

Compliance and adherence to NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines
Overall coordination between all parties to the consortium
Assist Consortium Manager in the coordination of implementation of the consortium work plan (activities, budget and project documentation) in line with proposals, strategies and donor requirements
Assist with the administrative aspects of the project
Gather internal information from field offices and NRC departments to ensure that all NRC activities are correctly recorded and reported
Deputies for the Consortium Manager in her absence
Provide background, deeper and nuanced information to the Consortium Manager relating to the locations where activities will take place
Assist the Consortium Manager in coordination and operational issues amongst the four consortium partners.
Promote holistic ‘early recovery’ solutions and strategies, within NRC, ERC and the wider humanitarian community

Qualifications

Bachelor in relevant fields (Project Management)
Minimum 5 years of experience of programmatic implementation in a humanitarian/recovery context
Experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
Experience from working with refugees, IDPs or returnees
Experience related to at least one of the consortium activities: ICLA, Shelter, WASH, Livelihoods, previous interaction with Community Development Councils
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
