Required Skills and Experience
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Public Administration, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related field. A Bachelors’ degree in the same fields plus 4 years of relevant experience may be considered.
- Providing management advisory services and hands-on experience in design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of development projects
- Proficient usage of computers and office software packages, experience in handling of web based management systems.
- Fluency in English and Tetum. Working knowledge of Portuguese would be an advantage.
