The Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) Division is restructuring in preparation for the delivery of an ambitious new four year strategic plan. The Human Resources team which supports PFP is looking for additional temporary capacity to provide recruitment and general HR Admin support to managers and staff within the Division.

Purpose of the Assignment

Working closely with the HR team in Geneva, and under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager for PFP (OMP Recruitment Project), this position will be primarily focused on providing logistical and general administrative support to the recruitment teams at every stage of the recruitment process.

Assignment Tasks

The incumbent will have the following responsibilities:

Administering Written Tests

    • Contact candidates to schedule tests.
    • Invigilate and/or send out written tests to candidates.
    • Send anonymous responses to hiring managers for ratings.
    • Complete results’ matrix and share with the hiring manager and HR representatives.

Arranging Interviews

    • Liaise with panel members and agree interview dates and times.
    • Contact candidates to schedule interviews.
    • Book interview rooms and liaise with IT and/or external providers for video conference facilities if required.
    • Prepare interview folders for HR representatives and managers.

Other duties

    • Attend interviews as needed and draft notes for the recruitment recommendation reports.
    • Compile documents for the recruitment packages for sharing with DHR, New York.
    • When required, provide support on staff admin matters as well as consultants, interns and volunteers.

 

Qualifications and Experience of Successful Candidate

 

Completion of Secondary Education with at least 2 years work experience in Human Resources and/or administration or similar. Ability to use MS. Office applications and UNICEF systems such as SAP/VISION & E-recruitment.
