Early Years Lunch Assistant (CHR0202)

Early Years Lunch Assistant (15 hours a week, Monday to Friday 11.30am to 2.30pm)

We are looking to appoint an Early Years Lunch assistant to cover our Nursery practitioner lunch breaks. The successful applicant will have some experience of caring for children and have a genuine interest in meeting their needs. Your role will be to work alongside the nursery practitioners to care for the children during the lunch period, ensuring it is a positive, social experience. You will be expected to work alongside another lunchtime assistant to maintain high standards of health and hygiene in our kitchen. A level 2 qualification in childcare and/or food hygiene qualification is desirable but not essential.

Salary: £14,229 p.a. plus £1,650 hot spot allowance - prorated to £6,616
