ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Management Accountant and Analyst at Amnesty international, you will provide vital financial support to London and overseas based Human Rights Programmes, promoting sound budget management and ensuring financial resources are allocated in the most effective way possible. You will lead budget holders through the annual budgeting and planning process, support with quarterly forecasting, prepare management accounts, project spend reports and other important value added analysis. Business partnering and building relationships with various stakeholders will be key, and through improving financial awareness and accountability across the organisation, you will play a crucial role in maximising Amnesty's Human Rights impact.

ABOUT YOU

You will be ACA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with experience in financial planning and analysis at a large, ideally global organisation. You will be well organised, efficient & resourceful, and thrive on working in a dynamic environment and delivering to strict deadlines. You will have excellent communications skills, enabling you to support and challenge a wide range of stakeholders from different backgrounds and in varied geographical locations. You are analytical and have a strong attention to detail, but can think strategically and challenge the status quo. Your strong excel skills and enquiring mind allow you to quickly turn around high quality analysis, providing insight and suggesting improvements to an evolving organisation.
