The Opportunity

As part of the Global Logistics & Procurement Team, this role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth running of the Logistics and Procurement department, acting as an anchor for a dynamic and busy team and providing support to the Head of Logistics and Procurement as well as supporting the Procurement, Logistics, Facilities and Property staff in the Business Resource and Solutions department. The nature of the support required will vary from day-day, however key responsibilities will typically include general administrative support for the team, communicating effectively with stakeholders, ensuring that Planet (Plan International's intranet) is well maintained and preparing reports and other documents. In addition there will be tasks relating to forward planning for the annual budget process, preparing meeting agendas, diary management and travel arrangements.

The Person

With demonstrable experience providing efficient administrative support, you will be highly organised with excellent communication skills, a good eye for detail, and the ability to prioritise and communicate a range of projects and tasks. Self-motivated and positive you will be comfortable working flexibly as part of a dynamic and fast-paced team. Excellent IT skills in a variety of software packages including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel are essential.
