Position is contingent on Funding. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

CAMRIS is seeking a Program Manager for the upcoming Scientific, Technical, and Other Professional Services (STOPS) project with NIH. This opportunity involves large scale staff augmentation and management to support a variety of functions related to clinical, healthcare, scientific, engineering and information technology.

  • Provide overall guidance and daily management of the NIH STOPS Program.
  • Work with program personnel to build a cohesive, fast-reacting, and flexible program team.
  • Plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate contract related activities and overall program operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contract with NIH contracting personnel and end customers, including senior medical researchers and other scientists.
  • Operate with full authority on all contract matters.
  • Oversee management and support of daily operations related to staff augmentation.
  • Formulate and enforce work standards, assignments, schedules, and reviews of contract deliverables.
  • Disseminate policies, procedures, and goals to subordinates and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with company internal staff for functional support to programs and personnel.
  • Maintain and assure the integrity of cost data contract remains on time and within budget.

  • A master's degree in Business Administration.

  • SHRM certification is required; a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

  • At least eight to ten years of experience leading, managing and implementing projects of similar scope and budget levels ($500 million).

  • National Institutes of Health specific experience.

  • Experience managing staff augmentation programs.

  • Experience managing programs with employees in multiple locations nationwide.

  • Demonstrated experience managing transition activities for contracts or related work.

  • Strong working knowledge of program management methodologies.

  • Ability and desire to maintain and expand client relationships through the delivery of high quality work.
