UNICEF South Sudan Country Office seeks highly qualified candidates to be retained in its Talent Group and Roster as experts for future employment opportunities in support of its programme implementation in South Sudan. UNICEF is particularly looking for female candidates with expertise in the following areas of its programme activities:

Minimum Qualification & Requirement:
• Advanced university degree in a related technical field. A first university degree in combination with qualifying years of relevant professional experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. For some roles (Programme and Administrative Assistant), completion of secondary education is required.
• Minimum of two years progressively responsible professional work experience at the national and international levels in programme planning, management, monitoring, and evaluation, in a related field.
• Ability to express clearly and concisely, ideas and concepts in written and oral forms in English.
