Locations Oxford, with up to 20% travel.

JOB PURPOSE
The Training Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the availability of high quality training materials, and high quality training delivery, by managing the development and maintenance of CaLP’s training materials, and ensuring CaLP develops and coordinates a cohort of qualified and competent trainers. S/he will manage the work of the Training Officer, especially as it relates to the online Cash Learning Hub and data tracking and reporting. The Training Quality Manager will make significant contributions to partnerships for capacity building, and to capacity building strategy development.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
Essential
Relevant academic qualification, for example, in the field of international development, social/political science, or adult learning and development
Proven experience designing and developing capacity building programmes and materials
Well-developed analytical and planning skills
Strong project management skills, including timely delivery of outputs
Proven decision-making capability
Ability to identify and implement opportunities for innovation
Able to influence outside own team and successfully represent specific program or specific issues
Experience in grant management
Experience with and understanding of working within a network
Ability to work both in a team and independently
Ability to take initiative & respond to a wide variety of demands relating to CaLP’s work
Proven sound judgement in complex situations
Desirable
Experience and well developed understanding of CTP in a humanitarian setting, both in terms of policy (strategic) and practice (technical and operational)
Familiarity with CaLP’s work and training materials
Knowledge and experience of Oxfam policies and processes
Additional language skills; French and/or Arabic would be an asset
