Job description

To obtain the yard is cleaned and arranged
To have good relation and cooperation with the other colleagues
Checks the heaters in the morning and continuously keeps checking it.
Checks all security lights and reports if there is any loss during his working time.
Controls the water accessibility in the office (water pump, pipes).
Switches on and off all lights of the building on time.
Has to help cleaner in some parts of their work (heater cleaning, movement of big items)
Help cleaner to wash the guest houses (G7) balconies on Monday and Wednesday.
Has the full responsibility of the garden of the office
Wash and clean the drivers and guards bathroom.
Responsible washing and cleaning the office yard and picnic tables.
Clean the guest houses balconies in the winter when snow.
Help cook and cleaners if required
Must obey and work according the time and schedule given by his supervisor.
Check the water dispenser (if there is no water have to bring water bottle and put on it)
Perform all other work related duties which is given by her/ his supervisor;
