Background
The Intern person should have good visual acuity for doing paperwork's and using computers. She/He should also have the ability to communicate well with others both orally and in writing.
Duties and Responsibilities
- registering and copying documentation for the related administrative action;
- extracting, inputting, copying and filing data from various sources
- creation of new files for Procurement, Finance, HR related cases as well as project activities;
- collection, compilation and update of the information when needed;
- accurate, timely and properly recorded/documented service delivery;
- assistance in scanning of documents to projects, Area offices, partners,
- e-archiving of the documents;
- provision of support in conduction of various events (presentations, steering meetings, workshops, etc);

- Strong organizational and research skills;
- Excellent analytical, communication and writing skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated keen interest in the work of the UN/UNDP;
- Computer proficiency in standard software applications (MS Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint);
- Demonstrates integrity and fairness, by modelling the UN/UNDP’s values and ethical standards;
- Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability
Required Skills and Experience
- Education: be enrolled in a graduate programme (university degree or equivalent, or higher): management, administration, finance;
- Good knowledge of Russian, English and Tajik languages;
- Personal motivation in work, being a good team member, having commitment, sense of responsibility, being pro-active, accuracy with figures and documents, friendly personality and positive attitude.
