Director of Health Programs

The Director of Health Programs will provide leadership to a global team of staff who are responsible for the technical/programmatic support and resource development for health, nutrition, and gender projects in FH fields. The Director of Health Programs will report to the Senior Programs Director and coordinates extensively with the Director of Food Security, Director of Relief and Humanitarian Assistance, Director of Education and Director of Social Behavior Change and related team members. The Director of Health Programs will also organize his or her team to or provide direct support for the development of new proposals in the areas of health, nutrition and gender in coordination with the Grant Development Department.

Key Result #1 – Provide leadership in technical/programmatic support for FH’s health and gender projects (35%).

Key Result #2 – Provide project design and proposal development support for health and gender grants (30%).

Key Result #3 – Provide technical and administrative support for ongoing health interventions in FH’s programs (35%).
