We are looking for A PASSIONATE STAFF with sharp creativity and analytical skills in Sales and Marketing area to help developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies for advance engagement with our valued donors.

 

How can you make a difference?

The incumbent will be accountable for maintaining and strengthening long term relationships with existing corporate partners and developing new partnerships across a range of industries. He/she will be managing and growing corporate fundraising income, working proactively to identify further prospects and develop new relationships.

Major Responsibilities

  1. Assists the PSFR team in developing partnership with private sector and fundraising strategies, planning and budgeting in line with UNICEF programme, partnership and fundraising priorities.   Contributes to the preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the FSP by compiling and analysing data relevant to the corporate sector
  2. Supports the negotiation with existing/new corporate alliances, contributes to the executions of partnerships, develops and maintains close relations with corporate partners, develops a pipeline of potential partners and secures new partners in order to meet or exceed corporate income targets.

  3. Monitors due compliance of corporate proposals within UNICEF frameworks for working with the corporate sector. Conducts due diligence on prospect corporate partners to ensure the business aligns with UNICEF core values and the partnership.     Contributes to designing and delivering donor reports to partners.

  4. In consultation with the programme teams, develops concept notes, briefings and applications for consideration by corporates. Produces reports on fund utilization and impact of donation. Devises engagement / PR activities, such as field visits, special events and the like.
  5. Supports the SME program (Star for Children) for businesses donating under scope of Corporate Fundraising programme. 

 

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

  • Advance university degree in related filed, i.e. Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing and Communications.

    ** A first level university degree with a relevant combination of academic qualifications and experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. **

  • Minimum one year direct professional experience; preferably with five years or more of professional experience in corporate partnerships, corporate engagement, new business development, corporate fundraising or public relations activities in marketing and communication.
  • Thai Nationals only.
  • Experience in an international organization desirable, familiarity with UN systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Thai required.
  • Proficiency in the use of computers and especially in word processing and spreadsheets is a must.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, plan and execute ideas.
  • Ability to express clearly and concisely ideas and concepts in written and oral form.
  • Good analytical, negotiation, persuading, interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and a track record of success.
  • Ability to work effectively and harmoniously in an international multicultural environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
