Position Summary:

The Delivery Unit Programme Officer will closely coordinate and liaise with the Organisational Development & Planning Officer, the Implementation Team, the Community Engagement coordinators, the Monitoring and Evaluation coordinators, and the Research Team to manage and administer trainings for beneficiaries.

Reporting & Supervision:

The Delivery Unit Programme Officer will report directly to the Provincial Development Unit (PDU) Unit Lead.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The Delivery Unit Programme Officer will capture, manage, coordinate, process and administer all training requirements and delivery for beneficiaries
  • Plan and schedule training requirements and reflect delivery and needs against the Program Plan
  • Attend meetings with the Implementation Team to manage beneficiary requirements
  • Track and monitor the status and location of training delivered and populate reports
  • Liaise with beneficiaries to establish training needs
  • Assist the Provincial Development Unit lead with any other duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in program implementation and working in humanitarian or international development organizations
  • Excellent communication and ability to communicate effectively with different teams
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office package, Gmail, internet research, and social media
  • This position is for Jordanian and Syrian nationals with good Arabic and English skills in both writing and speaking
  • Experience in drafting documents in both Arabic and English
  • Able to work with cross-border projects either in private sector, NGOs or International organization.
  • Valid work authorization for Jordan.
