The Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy team harnesses private resources to fuel sustainable global health solutions. We partner with leading philanthropists and Fortune 500 companies to fund innovation and bring proven interventions to scale.
We are seeking a Coordinator to lead operational support across the Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Department. The Coordinator will perform a vital role in supporting the team to build new partnerships and steward existing partners. Core duties will include scheduling for senior department leadership, meeting coordination and events planning, finance and budget management, and project management. We are looking for someone to lead the core fundraising and partnership management operations of the department and ensure we are delivering for our partners with excellence.

You will be responsible for managing the smooth and efficient daily operations of the Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Department, supporting the team in recruitment of new individual and corporate partnerships while providing outstanding client stewardship.
The Coordinator's responsibilities will include:
Prospecting, fundraising and sales support: managing schedule for Department Senior Vice President and Senior Director, preparing briefing materials, conducting research to analyze, compile, and manage prospect and connector and pipeline – with a predominant focus on high-net worth individuals.
Meeting and events coordination: plan and execute high-level events for prospective and current partners, including handling logistics, travel, transport, and catering.
Data and deliverables: support team by ensuring efficient tracking of data and project deliverables.
Finance and budget management: track and manage expenses, manage invoices and gift processing, and consultant and vendor set-up. Lead budget review and updates.
What are we looking for?
Education: Associate/Bachelor's Degree
Tech Savvy: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management (Salesforce preferred).
Experience: You've had 2-3 years exposure to a fast-paced office start-up environment, with a preference for experience in philanthropy, CSR, partnerships and fundraising. Experience in an administrative role handling budget, finance, scheduling and logistics is essential.
Business Savvy: Interest in and understanding of philanthropic partnerships, global health and development, grant-making, program design and implementation, and working with corporates and high-net worth individuals
Communication: Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. You're great about proactively reaching out to others to offer your support. And you're a people person – able to hold your own in conversations with partners and prospects.
Language: English required; French or Spanish a plus
Analytical: Well organized, critical thinker who enjoys tackling problems, creating and following processes, and has a knack for financial analysis.
Initiative: You are proactive - you see a need and you meet it. You're bold. You stay positive when faced with challenges, manage your time effectively, and communicate with your team efficiently.
