PSI, together with a team of international and local partners, will implement the USAID-funded Advancing UHC in Bangladesh (AUHC) project to transform the world's largest NGO network of maternal and health clinics across 64 districts in Bangladesh into a sustainable, pro-poor social enterprise, the Surjer Hashi Network (SHN), to advance the country's progress toward universal health coverage.

We are looking for a experienced and self-motivated Administrative & Logistics Officer to serve as the administrative backbone of PSI's operations in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will have proven experience navigating a complex operating environment, coordinating logistics of teams, managing office procurement needs and ensuring compliance with organizational procedures. No relocation support will be provided with this position.

Your contribution

In this role you will lead the following key activities:

  • Oversee all administrative functions and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Prepare and update administrative and office procedures.
  • Oversee administration, IT and procurement activities, including preparation of tender documents and vendor agreements.
  • Coordinate travel, logistics and visa documentation for PSI staff and visitors, ensuring PSI and project required safety protocols are followed.
  • Support organizational registration process, including document collection and in-person follow up as required.
  • Maintain good relationship with government officials and stakeholders.
  • Assist in recruitment functions as needed.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum BA degree in relevant area.
  • Minimum of 3 years managing office operations or 5 years equivalent experience.
  • Competency in MS-Office and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing office procurement and logistics, experience in organizational registration a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR recruitment, experience in obtaining work visas for international staff a plus.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • A Bangladesh national.
  • English fluency required.
  • References will be required.
