International HR Officer

Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term

Salary: £27,540 per annum

Islamic Relief Worldwide are currently recruiting for the position of an International HR Officer. Reporting to the International Human Resources Manager (IHR), the role will support the international deliverables by providing effective professional support to the International Human Resources team to enable the realisation of the IRW Global Goals and Strategic Objectives. In particular, the role will lead on supporting the International HR Partners, and manage global operations within Field Offices. S/he will process new recruits, employee changes, any deductions in the payroll. Processing redundancies, leavers – calculating termination pay and any outstanding adjustments to the normal pay.

The post holder will be working towards CPP/CIPD qualifications or equivalent or part qualified. The successful candidate will have the ability to organise; prioritise and work efficiently under pressure and subject to changing priorities; proven experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and using judgment and initiative in problem resolution. The job holder will have proven experience in providing variety of broad administrative activities in a large organisation, especially in recruitment.
