The Movement Support Program (MSP) supports national entities (Amnesty International's national branches that are locally governed and managed) to strengthen their organizational development, accountability and growth capacity.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role works to develop required tools and methodologies related with monitoring, evaluation and accountability. The role will support geographically dispersed team members in understanding these tools and build their capacity to support national entities embed and use these tools. The role also directly provides support to selected national entities on embedding M&E systems. The role actively undertakes other specific evaluation projects and involves writing high quality reports.

ABOUT YOU

You must have an in-depth knowledge of developing tools and methodologies on monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning in an NGO setting. You must have a strong project management skills, ability to work in collaboration with a geographically dispersed team members and selected national entities, identifying the capacity building needs in a participatory manner. You must possess the knowledge of systematically supporting operational planning process. You must have the experience of having done evaluations/impact assessments and written high-quality reports. You must have a strong workshop/training facilitation skills.
