Global Trust and Foundations Relationship Manager - London

This is an opportunity for an internationally experienced senior fundraiser/head of team to help grow Amnesty International's global donor relationships. The Foundations Relationships Manager is within the Global Trusts and Foundations Team at the Amnesty International Secretariat (AIIS). Working alongside the Senior Leadership team, the post holder will lead the team to manage a number of existing relationships and develop the overall portfolio.

The successful candidate will lead the global fundraising relationships strategy, maintaining and enhancing AI's reputation and credibility with grant giving bodies. You will work closely with the Global Trusts and Foundations Director, the Regional Fundraising Managers in Asia and the Americas, and the Senior Leadership Team, including the Secretary General. You will be responsible for the leadership and management of a number of strategic, global relationships.

The location of the job is at the AIIS in London. Flexible working considered.


You will have proven success in leading, planning, developing and delivering a range of fundraising programmes with an emphasis on fundraising from trusts and foundations and institutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an international setting, be able to motivate, nurture and lead a team and have significant experience of high level fundraising. The post holder will also deputise for the Global Director of Trusts and Foundations.
