1. PLACE IN THE ORGANIZATION
Is supervised by the Branch Manager.
2.•• RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
In accordance with established Agency policy and procedures the contractor Nature of services / Assignment for the Individual Service Provider is Team Leader:
1- Supervises and monitors the activities of the Loan Officers / Credit Representatives of branch office (not less than 6 and up to 10) ensuring that they meet their work schedules, properly monitor their clients and meet an acceptable standard of productivity and repayment rates;
2- Train Loan Officers / Credit Representatives and provides technical advice and guidance through regular meetings and revision of their activities;
3- Promote the programme in designated region of responsibility and finds new market opportunities for additional outreach;
4- Ensures that approved borrowers comply with all the necessary legal procedures and complete their obligations to provide post-dated cheques to guarantee the loan;
5- Visits the business of the applicants to evaluate their assets, working capital requirements, reputation and reliability and makes recommendation as appropriate;
6- Follows up due and late repayments with Loan Officers / Credit Representatives, through group meetings and individual counseling, in order to solve credit and performance problems in the field;
7- Prepares monthly progress and performance reports in the area s/he supervises;
8- The Individual Service Provider shall make his services available to the Agency as required my Microfinance Department working hours.
9- The Individual Service Provider shall adhere to performance standards of Microfinance Department
10- Performs such other duties as may be assigned
3. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

•
• University degree in Accountancy, Economics or business Administration or related disciplines.
• Training in Marketing, Sales, finance, community or economic development.
• Three years experience in management, administration or development of the financial administration of loan programme
• Ability to operate standard computer software used by the agency
• •Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic.
4. OTHER REQUIREMENTS
The applicant should be a resident of Ramallah Governorate
5. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in income generation activity and revolving loan schemes.
• Basic Computer skills used by the agency such as MS-Word, Excel, Database and other applications.
6.••• ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Possession of a valid driver's license is required, as the incumbent is required to travel frequently in the field in performance of her/his duties.
7.• EQUIVALENCY:
Candidates with an equivalent combination of relevant academic qualifications, professional training and progressive work experience may also be considered
